  • Proof of Applicant's Eligibility

Documents demonstrating that the applicant is authorized to represent the producers or is a competent authority entitled to apply under the Myanmar Trademark Law.

  • Power of Attorney (If Filed Through an Agent)

A duly executed Power of Attorney appointing the local representative or IP agent to act on behalf of the applicant.

  • Certified Translation

Where any supporting document is not in the Myanmar or English language, a certified English or Myanmar translation may be required.

  • Official Filing Fee

Payment of the prescribed official filing fee at the time of filing the application.
